Raise Your Voice Kentucky originated in 2021 as a Facebook group called Raise Your Voice Oldham County. Parents joined the group to advocate against mask mandates in schools. As the group grew, members formed a coalition to “raise our voices” when important issues arose in our community.

The group later expanded by creating a public page called Raising Voices, along with a statewide page titled Raise Your Voice Kentucky. These platforms are used to advocate for better government, transparency, accountability, and to raise awareness about issues affecting our communities.

Our organization has grown in reach and recognition thanks to the many people who have joined our cause and supported our efforts. Together, we have helped stop harmful legislation, advocated for positive laws, elected new leaders to public office, exposed corruption, and fought for government transparency and accountability.

We look forward to continuing this mission and helping to make Kentucky a great place to live.
